JUDGMENT Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-State. 2. Through this petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 29.01.2015 passed by the State Public Services Tribunal, Lucknow, whereby the final punishment awarded to respondent no.1 has been set aside. 3. We have gone through the order passed by the Tribunal and we find that in the show cause notice, which was issued to respondent no.1, nothing has been alleged in the nature of loss or profit to any person, except that corrigendum was not issued. The aforesaid order does not record any such finding and it only indicates that the project was delayed on account of the fact that the tender was issued afresh. In spite of demand of respondent no.1, relevant document was not supplied to him and as a result thereof, effective reply could not be submitted and there is violation of principles of natural justice. 4. We, therefore, do not find any merit in this petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
