ORDER: 1. This petition for writ is preferred to have a direction for Municipal Board, Pipar City to shift washing tank known as “Raigaro Ka Kund” from the populated area of the town. As per the petitioners at the 'kund' aforesaid, work of washing dead animals’ skin takes place and that is causing huge public nuisance. According to the petitioners, the process of tanning leather is required to be shifted at some other suitable place with a view to avoid nuisance existing and also to stop contamination of underground as well as surface water. 2. Having considered the facts stated in this petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the same by directing the Municipal Board, Pipar City to take appropriate steps to remove the nuisance. The Municipal Board, if intends to change the place of tanning of leather then it shall provide an opportunity of hearing to all the persons interested including the petitioner and intervenors. 3. The petition stands disposed of with the observations as above.
