ORDER : The petitioner preferred this Civil Revision Petition against the order in I.A.No.64 of 2013 in O.S.No.347 of 2007, dated 26.03.2013, on the file of Additional District Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu. When the case was called on 18.04.2016 there was no representation for the petitioner. On the other hand the respondent has filed the memo stating that the suit in O.S.No.347 of 2007, pending on the file of Additional District Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu was dismissed on 06.02.2016 itself. He has also filed a Xerox copy of the decree to that effect. Even today there was no representation for the petitioner but the counsel for the respondent is appeared. Since the Original Suit in O.S.No.347 of 2007 was dismissed by the trial Court on 06.02.2016 itself, nothing survives in this case and the same has become infructuous. In view of the same, the Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
