JUDGMENT : Mansoor Ahmad Mir, J. LPA No. 63 of 2015 is directed against the judgment and order dated 6.4.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 7771 of 2010, LPA No. 64 of 2015 is directed against the judgment and order dated 6.4.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 7772 of 2010, LPA No. 111 of 2015 is directed against the judgment and order dated 13.5.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 7291 of 2011, LPA No. 119 of 2015 is directed against the judgment and order dated 13.5.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 588 of 2011, LPA No. 120 of 2015 is directed against the judgment and order dated 13.5.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 6945 of 2010, LPA No. 123 of 2015 is directed against the judgment and order dated 13.5.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 7162 of 2010 and LPA No. 124 of 2015 is directed against the judgment and order dated 13.5.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge in CWP No. 6 of 2011, whereby writ petitions filed by the petitioners came to be allowed, for short the impugned judgments, on the grounds taken in the memo of appeals. 2. All these appeals involve the common questions of law and facts, hence taken up together for disposal. 3. It appears that the judgments are based on the judgment made by the learned Single Judge in different writ petitions. At this stage, the learned counsel for the parties stated at the Bar that the impugned judgments may be set aside and the appeals may be accepted and the cases may be remanded. Their statements are taken on record. 4. Accordingly, the appeals are accepted and the impugned judgments are set aside and the cases are remanded to the Tribunal, for deciding afresh. 5. Parties are directed to cause appearance before the Tribunal on 1st April, 2016. 6. All the LPAs are disposed of alongwith all pending applications, if any.
