ORDER : C.T. Selvam, J. 1. This revision is filed to set aside the order dated 29.10.2015 made in Memo dated 29.10.2015 in AR.O.P. No. 74 of 2013 on the file of Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli. Petitioner challenges the order of learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli, refusing to record the memo filed by the petitioner in A.R.O.P. No. 74 of 2013, dated 29.10.2015, the petitioner herein is the second petitioner therein. 2. In the light of the decision of this Court in Mangayarkarasi Apparels Private Limited, Bangalore and another v. Sundaram Finance Limited, Chennai, reported in (2002) 2 MLJ 444 , this revision is not maintainable. This civil revision petition shall stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.(MD) No. 1 of 2015 is also dismissed.
