Order : 1. No one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner even in the second round. 2. Heard learned Public Prosecutor. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor submits that SHO, Police Station Sangaria has submitted a factual report dated 08.04.2015 which reveals that in this matter against the petitioner Janak Raj son of Hari Chand charge-sheet No.250 dated 24.09.2014 for offence under Sections 8/21, 22 of NDPS Act has been filed in the Court of Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Hanumangarh. Hence, the present petition for quashment of FIR has become infructuous. 4. In this petition, the petitioner has made a prayer for quashment of FIR No.155/2014 registered at Police Station Sangaria, District Hanumangar for offence under Sections 8/21, 22 of NDPS Act. 5. In view of the fact that in this matter after investigation, charge-sheet has been filed against the petitioner and the trial is pending before the Special Judge, NDPS Cases, Hanumangarh, the petition has become infructuous. 6. Dismissed as infructuous.
