ORDER : 1. Heard the learned senior counsel appearing on both the sides. 2. We find no reason to entertain this Special Leave Petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed. 3. However, the petitioner is granted a period of two months to deposit the amount as directed by the High Court, making it clear that in case the amount, as above, is not deposited within the stipulated time, the appeal before the High Court shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. 4. Pending interlocutory applications, if any, are disposed of.
