JUDGMENT : Heard. 2. Learned PP has submitted a verification report received from the P.S. Sojat Road confirming the fact that the petitioner’s daughter is to be married on 20.11.2016. 3. In view of the verification reported by the police station concerned, the application for interim bail preferred on behalf of the petitioner Nand Kishore deserves to be allowed. 4. Accordingly, the instant interim bail application is allowed and it is directed that the petitioner Nand Kishore arrested in connection with the F.I.R. No. 85/2015, Police Station Sojat Road, District Pali shall be released on bail for a period of ten days from the date of his release, provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.80,000/- and two surety bonds of Rs.40,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court. The concerned Jail Superintendent shall intimate the date of surrender to the petitioner as per the date of his release.
