ORDER : 1. Counsel for the petitioner craves liberty to withdraw the writ petition with a prayer that the petitioner be allowed to file a fresh application under Section 10 C.P.C. before the trial court with better particulars supported by relevant documents. 2. In view of the prayer made above, the writ petition as well as the stay application are dismissed 2 as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application u/s. 10 C.P.C. before the trial court. In the event of such application being filed, the same shall be considered and decided as per law. The application for preponement of date has been rendered infructuous.
