JUDGMENT : Heard. 2. By way of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent MACT to release the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- to the petitioner from the award issued in her favour vide judgment dated 8.1.2014. The amount is sought for the purpose of meeting the expenditure incurred for repair of house. 3. The reason being sufficient, the instant writ petition is allowed. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal is directed to ensure encashment of one fixed deposit of Rs.1,00,000/- prepared in favour of the petitioner and release the amount of maturity to her forthwith.
