JUDGEMENT : 1. None appears for the respondent Colonization Department, Govt. of Rajasthan despite service. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty that the petitioner may be allowed to submit a representation to the competent authority for ventilating his grievances and in turn, the competent authority may be directed to consider and respond to such representation as per law. The prayer thus made is justified. 3. Accordingly, the petitioner is given liberty to submit a representation to the competent authority alongwith a copy of this order within a period of six weeks from today. Upon such representation being received, the competent authority shall objectively consider and decide the same and communicate the result thereof to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission thereof. If after disposal of the representation, any of the petitioner’s still survive, he shall be at liberty to file a fresh writ petition. 4. The writ petition and the stay application are thus disposed of with the above liberty.
