ORDER : Learned counsel for both the sides agree that an effort be made for settlement of disputes between the parties at the hands of trained Mediator at JHALSA. 2. As agreed upon by learned counsels for both the sides, both the parties are directed to appear before the Member Secretary, JHALSA, Ranchi, on 12.01.2017 by 12:00 noon, who shall refer them before the Mediator for conciliation between the parties. It is expected that report of the Mediator shall reach this Court within one month thereafter. 3. Let this matter be listed on 01.03.2017 awaiting report of Mediator, JHALSA.
