ORDER : Heard Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mukul Rohatgi, learned Attorney General for the respondent-CBI. 2. The special leave petition is dismissed. However, it will be open to the petitioner to place reliance on the evidence of Mr. K.L. Raina, a former investigating officer who was examined as a Court witness in pursuance our order dated 04.10.2016. Needless to say, the trial Court shall proceed with the trial and render the judgment in accordance with law.
