JUDGMENT Anjani Kumar Mishra,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief - I) A writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no.2 to decide the Case No.78 of 2013 (Ramdhani and others Vs. State of U.P. ) under Section 143 U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act read with 123(2) within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court, which is pending before the Respondent no.2." 3. It has been stated that the proceedings under Section 143 of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act initiated in June 2011 has not been disposed of till date. 4. In view of the statement so made, without entering into the merits of the controversy between the parties, I dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.2, Assistant Collector, Pratham, Shreni, Gyanpur, District Sant Ravidas Nagar (Bhadohi) to consider and decide the case of the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him. 5. Needless to say that the respondent no.2 shall pass order on the case in accordance with the law after hearing the concerned parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
