JUDGMENT Mr. Ajay Tewari, J.: (Oral) - This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.05 dated 27.01.2016 registered under Sections 323, 324, 506, 148, 149, 427 IPC (offences u/s 325, 326, 307 IPC added lateron) at Police Station Nurmahal, Jalandhar. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the injury attributed to the petitioner is only on middle finger and he has now been in custody for more than four months. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General on instructions from ASI Kashmir Chand has accepted these factual assertions. 4. Keeping in view the period of custody already suffered by the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, I do not deem it appropriate to deny him the concession of bail. 5. Bail to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Kapurthala. 6. Petition stands disposed of. 7. Since the main case has been decided, the pending criminal miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
