ORDER : It is represented on behalf of the respondents that the petition of the petitioner dated 24.11.2015 was received in the Office of the first respondent on 30.11.2015 and forwarded to the Vigilance and Anti Corruption Detachment, Dindigul to register a preliminary enquiry in Memo. No.P.E.478/2015/RDP/HQ, on 18.12.2015. Accordingly, a preliminary enquiry in P.E.478/2015/RDP/HQ was registered on 21.12.2015. Also, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the preliminary enquiry is at early stage. 2. Recording the aforesaid facts and also taking note of the fact that the preliminary enquiry is in initial stage, this Court, closes the Criminal Original Petition for the present.
