ORDER : The petitioner seeks for Electricity service connection to his house bearing door No.27/66A of Nullivilai Panchayat at Konnakuzhivilai, Villukuri Post, Kanyakumari District forthwith. 2. It is seen that the petitioner, seeking such service connection, has made a representation on 07.12.2015 to the respondents herein. Therefore, it is for the respondents, more particularly, the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.12.2015, and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
