JUDGMENT : Hari Pal Verma, J. Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 CrPC is for issuance of a direction to the official respondents not to harass the petitioner by summoning her in the Police Station. Along with the petition, the petitioner has filed copy of a complaint dated 18.3.2016 (Annexure P-2) made by Contact Bridge IT Enabled Services Private Limited through its Deputy Director Capt. Sharanjit Kaur Minhas. As per the said complaint, the complainant had engaged service of a Call Vendor named “Callbox” etc. for advertising the service of the complainant, who raised invoices to the complainant. The petitioner, namely, Caroline Redden was appointed as Consultant In Charge in the complainant-company. The allegations against the petitioner are that she along with other co-accused had changed the login details of the software & tools used for the tech support process and had not handed over the same to the complainant-company despite repeated reminders. Therefore, the petitioner and other co-accused have committed breach of trust by using the precious invaluable data owned by the complainant-company. The complete details have been shown in the complaint. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that having come to know about the said complaint and when the petitioner was summoned by the police, she has submitted her reply in the form of a complaint against the complainant-company and other office bearers. In the said complaint submitted by the petitioner, she stated that the complaint (Annexure P-3) submitted by her and sent through registered post on 6.6.2016 is not being considered. Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 3 only at this stage. On asking of this Court, Mr. Gurinderjit Singh, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of these respondents. Let requisite number of copies of paper book be given to learned State counsel during the course of the day. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.3 i.e. D.S.P., Cyber Crime, Phase-5, Mohali to consider the complaint (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner while taking action on the complaint dated 18.3.2016 (Annexure P-2).
