ORDER : 1. Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2. We do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court of Bombay. 3. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed. 4. Consequent upon the dismissal of the Special Leave Petition, pending application filed in the matter is also disposed of. 5. We make it clear that any observations made by the Arbitrator or by the High Court in the matter shall not stand in the way in deciding the matter finally between the parties.
