JUDGMENT : It is brought to our notice that during the pendency of the appeal, the Government dropped the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the respondent/employee by its order containing in G.O. No. 190 Agriculture Department, dated 19th December 2012. 2. In that view of the matter, it is submitted, that no further order is needed in this writ appeal. Accordingly, this writ appeal stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
