JUDGMENT : P.S. Rana, J. Petition filed under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure 1908 for release of accused in FIR No. 135 of 2014 registered under Section 302 read with Section 34 IPC. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that time bound direction was earlier issued to learned Trial Court to dispose of criminal case but learned Trial Court did not dispose of criminal case within stipulated period as fixed by Court and sought extension of time. Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of petitioner further submitted that fresh time bound direction be issued to learned Trial Court and thereafter present petition be disposed of as not pressed. In view of above stated facts present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However learned Trial Court is directed to dispose of criminal trial on or before 31.10.2016. Direction issued in the ends of justice while exercising inherent power under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure 1973. Certified copy of order be sent to learned Trial Court for compliance forthwith. Cr.MP(M) No. 946 of 2016 is disposed of. All pending miscellaneous application(s) if any also stands disposed of.
