JUDGMENT Surya Prakash Kesarwani, J. Heard Sri A.S. Kashyap, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri B.P. Singh, learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. An affidavit of compliance dated 12.1.2016 of the opposite parties has been filed today which is taken on record. 3. A copy of order dated 4.1.2016 deciding the representation of the petitioner dated 4.3.2013 has been filed. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with inasmuch as the case of the applicant has been considered and detailed reasoned order dated 4.1.2016 has been passed. 5. He submits that if the applicant is aggrieved with the aforesaid order dated 4.1.2016 he may challenge it before the appropriate court. He submits that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that order of the Writ Court has not been complied with inasmuch as payment of arrears of salary has not been made to the applicant by the opposite party from the year 1995 to 1997. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the affidavit filed today, I am of the view that order of the Writ Court has been complied with. If the applicant is aggrieved with the order dated 4.1.2016 he may challenge it before the appropriate court. Contempt application is dismissed. Notice is discharged.
