JUDGMENT Anjani Kumar Mishra, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This contempt petition has been filed with the allegation that in spite of an order dated 03.10.2012 passed by this court in Writ Petition No. 51266 of 2012 (Smt. Ratna Devi Vs. State of U.P. and Others), the opposite parties have not complied with the directions of the Court through the stipulated time has elapsed. 3. The opposite parties are bound by the order of this court and in case they do not comply with the directions of the Court within three months of receipt of this order, without any reasonable cause, the court would have no option except to punish them under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act and other allied powers. 4. The applicant shall supply duly stamped registered envelope addressed to the opposite parties and another self-addressed stamped envelope to the office within two weeks from today. The office shall sent a copy of this order along with the self-addressed envelope of the applicant to the opposite parties within three weeks from today and keep a record thereof. 5. The opposite parties shall comply with the directions of the Court and intimate the applicant of the order through the self-addressed envelope within a week thereafter. 6. In case the opposite parties do not comply with the aforesaid directions, it would be open to the applicant to approach this court again. 7. With the aforesaid observations, this contempt application is disposed of, at this stage.
