ORDER : Today, Mr. V.R.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed in the writ petition in W.P(MD) No.9277 of 2013 dated 23.01.2015 has been complied with by passing the proceedings dated 13.01.2016 by the rd respondent, namely, Director of Medical Service and Family Welfare, Chennai. He has also produced a copy of the said communication. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has not disputed the said fact. 2. Recording the above said submission, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
