ORDER : In this contempt petition, though statutory notice was issued by this Court on 08.01.2016 to the respondent, before effecting service of said notice, it was mentioned before this Court by the learned Government Advocate that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by passing an order on 16.12.2015 by the respondent. Therefore, this matter is listed today for further hearing. The learned Government Advocate has produced a copy of the said order dated 16.12.2015, which according to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, was served on the petitioner only on 10.01.2016. 2. In view of the fact that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by passing the order dated 16.12.2015, nothing survives in this contempt petition to be adjudicated upon further. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed, however, by giving liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy by a separate proceedings, if he is aggrieved. No costs.
