JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. The present petition has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus for direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for being transferred from present place of posting as Multipurpose Health Supervisor at Civil Hospital, Talwandi Sabo, District Bathinda to District Gurdaspur in terms of transfer policy of the State Government (Annexure P-4). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been transferred to Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur vide order dated 30.6.2015 and the present petition has become infructuous. 3. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives in the petition and the same is dismissed as having become infructuous.
