ORDER : SONIA GOKANI, J. Request is made for issuing appropriate direction to the Investigating Officer of C.R.No.I-56 of 2015 registered with DCB police station to conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible qua other accused, who have not approached this Court. 2. This Court notices that in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 609 of 2016 investigation qua the co-accused had been permitted and ad interim relief was granted in favour of the accused Amitbhai Vinubhai Lakhani only. 3. Learned advocate Mr. Mahesh Pujara for the applicant urges that other accused had approached this Court by way of Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 9043 of 2016, where no stay has been granted nor any protection has been made available. However, in case of the accused Harshad Madhubhai Lakhani and Sandip Kanubhai Bhanderi (Patel) in Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 4364 of 2016 stay has been granted by this Court against further investigation. He also has further urged that yet another application i.e Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 2135 of 2016 is filed by some of the accused where this Court stayed the investigation. 4. Considering the fact that different accused have approached this Court by way of different applications, all of them shall be placed for hearing on 13.9.2016 5. Present application, in wake of pendency of all those petitions, is not at this stage to be entertained. However, the request of the applicant original complainant to vacate the stay granted by this Court shall continue to be in force. This application stands disposed of accordingly.
