JUDGMENT : A.B. CHAUDHARI, J. 1. The petitioners have filed above mentioned petitions under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.10 dated 05.02.2016 registered under Sections 420 IPC at Police Station Mansa City, District Mansa. 2. Heard learned counsel for the rival parties and perused order dated 25.05.2016 passed in CRM-M-18182-2016 and 28.05.2016 passed in CRM-M-19025-2016 made by this Court. 3. Learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Jagtar Singh, fairly submits that pursuant to interim orders of this court the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custody is not required. 4. Learned counsel for the complainant has a grievance that he wants to submit large number of documents. The documents cannot be looked into by this Court. The only way is to allow the complainant to submit the documents with the Investigating Officer. 5. In view of the above the petitioner are directed to re-join the investigation and to cooperate in the investigation of the case regarding the documents to be submitted by the complainant with the investigating officer. 6. Looking to the nature of offence, interim order dated 25.05.2016 passed in CRM-M-18182-2016 and 28.05.2016 passed in CRM-M-19025-2016, are made absolute. The petitioners are directed to re-join the investigation as and when required by the investigating agency. Disposed of accordingly.
