JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present petition is that respondents have started to make recovery of the amount from the petitioner despite the fact that the statutory appeal is pending with respondents Nos. 2 and 3. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case direction is issued by this Court to decide statutory appeal, pending before the authorities. 3. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner that a direction be issued to the authorities to decide the appeal pending with respondents Nos. 2 and 3 against office order Nos. 48, 49 and 50 dated 11.12.2013 and office order No. 39 dated 17.03.2015, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 2 to decide the appeal preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4. Meanwhile, no recovery be effected from the petitioner till the decision of the appeal.
