ORDER : The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has made an endorsement on the contempt petition to the effect that "the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.17337 of 2014, dated 29.10.2014 has been complied with. As such, Cont.P.(MD).No.1107 of 2015 may be dismissed by this Court as withdrawn." 2. In view of the fact that the order of this Court dated 29.10.2014 passed in W.P.(MD).No.17337 of 2014 has since been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in the present contempt petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
