JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. C.M. No.9008 of 2016 Allowed as prayed for. C.M. No.9009 of 2016 This application has been moved for placing on record Annexure P-4. C.M is allowed and Annexure P-4 is taken on record. CWP No.14224 of 2016 1. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the case of the petitioners is pending before the Divisional Canal Officer, Division Irrigation Branch, Sangrur, since 13.03.2013. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners would be satisfied, in case, the directions are issued to respondents No.3 and 4 to take action on the application, which is still pending with them. 3. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.3 and 4 to take action on the application of the petitioners, which is annexed as Annexure P-4 with the petition and take necessary action thereupon in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. However, in case, the petitioners are found to be entitled for the relief sought in the petition, the same be granted to them within a period of two months thereafter and in case, they are not found to be entitled, then a speaking order be passed and the petitioners would be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy. 5. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
