ORDER : V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J. The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking a mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider his representation dated 14.12.2015 and consequently direct the first respondent to take necessary steps to participate all the community people in the Maha Kumbabishegam in Sri Poorna Devi Pushkala Ambigai Sri Chellai Ayyanar and Jeyaveera Anjaneyar Temple at Melasemponmari, Devakkottai Taluk, Sivagangai District on 20.01.2016. 2. Mr. J.Anandkumar, learned Counsel appearing for the sixth respondent states that nobody is preventing the petitioner for worshipping the Kumbabishegam. Mr. S.C.Herold Singh, learned Counsel appearing for the seventh respondent also has no objection in allowing the petitioner to worship on the occasion of the Kumbabishegam. The learned Counsel has further stated that no donation is being collected from any one of the devotees including the petitioner, which is actually called as 'Thala Vari' in colloquial term. 3. Recording the above statement made by the learned Counsel this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
