ORDER : 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner is required to ensure the production of the Receipt and Despatch Register, as well as, the original letters of the Office of the Secretary, Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, pertaining to the period from October, 2015 to January, 2016. Mr.M.Lasa, the Secretary, Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly, shall personally ensure the production of the above-mentioned record before this Court on 04.02.2016. 2. Further arguments of Mr.Vikas Singh, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.20, heard and concluded. 3. Thereafter, Mr.Shekhar Naphade, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.18 and 19 commenced his arguments and was on his legs when the Court rose for the day. 4.
