JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. In the present case, a Show Cause Notice dated 30.06.2016 (Annexure P-10) has been challenged, whereby, the petitioners have been asked to file reply. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted reply to the show cause notice but they are apprehending that an adverse order can be passed by the Department, whereas, nothing was said against the petitioners and there was no fault with appointment of the petitioners. 3. Only the show cause notice has been issued and no order has been passed after furnishing reply to the show cause notice. The petition is pre-mature at this stage and is accordingly disposed of. 4. However, the respondents are directed to consider the reply to the show cause notice submitted by the petitioners.
