JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to decide the objections filed by the petitioners vide representations dated 21.08.2015 (Annexure P-9), 28.12.2015 (Annexure P-10) and 17.02.2015 (Annexure P-8). 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in spite of submitting the objections to the tentative seniority list of Accounts Officer, the same have not been decided. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioners would be satisfied in case the direction is issued by this Court to decide the objections filed by the petitioners. 3. Keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioners and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the objections filed by the petitioners vide Annexures P-8, P-9 and P-10, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case the personal appearance of the petitioners is required, the opportunity of being heard be granted to them.
