JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. The present petition was filed by the petitioner in the year 2011 for quashing of order dated 9.6.2011, vide which, she has been transferred from Government Senior Secondary School, Nawan Kot, Amritsar to Government Senior Secondary School, Chamiari, District Amritsar. 2. While issuing notice of motion on 4.7.2011, operation of aforesaid impugned order was stayed. 3. The case is pending since 2011 and long period has passed, nothing survives in the present petition at this stage. 4. However, the respondents are at liberty to pass necessary order in case some administrative exigency is there. 5. Disposed of accordingly.
