JUDGMENT : Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. 1. The First Information Report has been lodged by respondent no.2, which has been registered as Case Crime No. 454 of 2014 under Sections 406, 420, 504, 506 of IPC, at Police Station-Kotwali Jwalapur, District-Haridwar against the applicant. After investigation police submitted charge sheet against the applicant. Consequently, the learned Magistrate took cognizance against the present applicant. Hence the present application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence, no interference is being called for by this Court in the matter. 3. However, in case, applicant appears before the court concerned and move his bail application, the same shall be considered, as far as possible on the same day itself on its merit in accordance with law. In case, it is deferred for any reason (including its rejection), the court concerned shall forward the papers on the same day before the Sessions court which shall consider the bail as far as possible on the same day. 4. In view thereof, the application filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., stands disposed.
