JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. Learned counsel for respondents Nos. 4 to 13 submits that the similar issue was there in CWP No. 7116 of 1999 and other connected matters. The selection and appointment of private respondents was challenged in aforesaid petitions which have been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 20.05.2016. 2. Heard. 3. The case mentioned in the column of “similar case” i.e. CWP No. 9283 of 1999 has already been decided along with CWP No. 7116 of 1999. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for respondents Nos. 4 to 13, the present petition is also dismissed in view of decision in CWP No. 7116 of 1999. 5. However, in case, the petitioner in the present petition, is of the view that the relief claimed is different, then he is at liberty to move an application for recalling of the order.
