JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. Learned counsel for respondent-State on instructions from Dr. Shaminder S. Kang, Medical Officer, O/o Director Health and Family Welfare, Punjab submits that as per instructions dated 30.11.2015, the family members of the deceased/missing Government employee were required to file affidavit regarding their being dependent on the deceased. 2. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to comply with the requirement of instruction dated 30.11.2015 within a period of one month from today and in case aforesaid formality and other formalities are completed within the stipulated period, the case of the petitioner be considered within a period of one month thereafter. 3. Disposed of accordingly. 4. In case the petitioner feels aggrieved by the action of the respondents, he is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy.
