ORDER : This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No. 51 of 2016 dated 02.03.2016 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed within a period of six months. 3. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No. 51 of 2016 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
