JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. 1. The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of impugned order dated 17.12.2014 and directing respondent No.1 to release the arrears of pay for the period 01.01.2006 to 22.06.2009 on account of revision of pay based on 5th Pay Commission in view of Government instructions dated 29.12.2010 along with interest. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner made a representation (Annexure P-7) on 25.07.2015 but no action has been taken thereupon so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, directions are issued by this Court to consider the representation (Annexure P-7) and take necessary action. 3. Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the representation (Annexure P-7) and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. In case, the petitioner is found to be entitled, the necessary relief be granted to him within a period of two months thereafter and in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by any action of the respondents, he is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy. 5. Disposed of accordingly.
