ORDER : It is represented on behalf of the Respondents 1 to 4 that Respondent No. 5 in the Writ Petition has filed W.P. No. 17542 of 2014 before the Honourable Division Bench of this Court and obtained an order of interim stay. As such, it is represented that the present Contempt Petition would not lie. Also, the Petitioner has filed the present Contempt Petition without mentioning about the interim stay granted by the Honourable Division Bench of this Court in W.P. No. 17542 of 2014. 2. In view of the above, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
