JUDGMENT : DAYA CHAUDHARY, J. 1. After arguing the case at length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had earlier filed CWP No.19301 of 2012 before this Court and the same was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his grievance. 2. In compliance of order passed by this Court on 27.09.2012 (Annexure P-7), a detailed representation was made by the petitioner on 10.12.2012 (Annexure P-8) but the same has neither been considered nor any action has been taken thereupon so far. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, in case, the directions are issued by this Court to consider his representation dated 10.12.2012 (Annexure P-8) within some specified period. 4. In view of limited prayer of the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider his representation dated 10.12.2012 (Annexure P-8) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this Order and in case, some substance is found in favour of the petitioner, the necessary relief be granted to him within a period of three months thereafter. Disposed of accordingly.
