JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of present petitioner is at par with Gurmail Singh in CWP No. 21909 of 2014 decided on an even date, wherein, directions have been issued to consider the case of the petitioner in view of Single Bench Judgment in CWP No. 11389 of 2011 titled as Gulzar Singh vs. State of Punjab and others decided on 14.02.2013. 2. The present petition is also disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in view of Gulzar Singh's case (supra) as well as the decision passed in LPA No. 1255 of 2013 filed by State of Punjab, dismissing the appeal and that of judgment of learned Single Judge thereby upholding the verdict. The necessary exercise be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3. In case, the petitioner is found to be entitled for the relief as sought for, the same shall be granted to him within a period of three months thereafter and in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved in any manner, he is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy.
