JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that all the benefits have been granted to the petitioner and the present petition has become infructuous. 2. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the amount recovered from the petitioner has not been considered. 3. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case any amount has not been considered, which should have been adjusted, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation within a period of one month from today to the concerned authority and in case such representation is moved by the petitioner, the same be considered by the respondents-authorities within a period of two months thereafter.
