ORDER : 1. It is represented on behalf of the Revision Petitioner that the Revision Petitioner expired on 21.10.2015, which fact is not disputed on behalf of the Respondent/Complainant/State. 2. In this connection, the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondent/State/Complainant produces the true copy of the Death Certificate in respect of the Revision Petitioner, in and by which, it is quite evident that the date of death of the Revision Petitioner is mentioned as 21.10.2015. 3. Recording the factum of death of the Revision Petitioner on 21.10.2015, the present Criminal Revision Petition stands abated. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
