ORDER : Heard both sides. 2. It is represented on behalf of the Respondent that the Respondent/The Tahsildar, Madurai South Taluk, Collectorate Campus, Madurai, in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.6907/2015/S, dated 25.09.2015, had informed that there is variation in extent in regard to the enjoyment of 10 cents of the Petitioner and that of the place sub-divided as per the Village Accounts and further, based on the report of the Circle Deputy Inspector, the Petitioner can file an appeal before the Assistant Director of Land Survey, Madurai District and to seek an order for change of patta. 3. Inasmuch as the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD) No. 20080 of 2014, dated 11.12.2014, was only to look into the representation of the Petitioner, dated 7.2.2014 etc., by the Respondent and since the same has been complied with by the Respondent, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
