JUDGMENT : Daya Chaudhary, J. Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from Mr. R.P. Vashisth (XEN), submits that the necessary payment will be released to the petitioners within a period of four months from today. 2. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondent-State, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to release necessary payment to the petitioners within a period of four months from today. 3. In case, any delay is there, the petitioners shall be entitled for interest @ Rs. 9% p.a. 4. Disposed of accordingly.
