ORDER : The Counsel for the Petitioner hands over three cheques bearing its Nos. 991812, 991813 and 991815 totaling to amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- which the Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 receives and signs in the margin of the order-sheet in token of receipt of the same. Put up this matter on 13th April, 2016 on which date Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 shall apprise this Court as to whether the cheques have been encashed. From henceforth, the Petitioner shall not deposit Rs. 750/- per month in the Court below as directed by this Court by order dated 24.04.2014.
