JUDGMENT Surya Prakash Kesarwani, J. Heard Sri Uma Nath Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Upadhyay, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the opposite party. 2. By order dated 14th May, 2015 passed in Writ-C No.27737 of 2015, a direction was issued to the revisional authority to decide the revision which was to be filed by the applicant, within a period of three months from the date of filing a certified copy of the said order. This contempt application has been filed alleging that the aforesaid order of the writ court has not been complied with. 3. Today, an affidavit of compliance of Sri Sada Kant, Principal Secretary, Department of Housing and Urban Planning has been filed, which is taken on record. In paragraph-5 of the said affidavit, it has been stated by the opposite party that in compliance, a decision dated 28.12.2015 on the revision of the applicant has been taken. A copy of the order dated 28.12.2015 has also been filed as Annexure-1 to the said affidavit. 4. In view of the aforesaid, the order of the writ court stands complied with. 5. Under the circumstances, there appears to be no need to proceed further with the matter. This contempt application is dismissed.
